Anyone got any tips for someone trying to lose weight for the first time
Increase protein and lower carb intake

Any easy foods to get started with. Like I’m struggling to cut back so drastically
Egg omelettes
I do love omelettes so that’s a good start
But don't just use eggs if you can stomach egg whites that works and that's even less calories with more protein
I pretty much live off eggs, daily. I eat three or four eggs mixed with egg whites with cheese and a variety of different vegetables.
Yeh I do eat a lot of eggs and cheese and veg. It’s just everything I eat I have a lot of
Chicken breast, you can bake it, shred it Etc.
The more protein you eat the more full you will feel throughout the day and then it'll equal you don't eat as much. One thing I've noticed is are you a fast eater?
Yeh I eat quite fast. It’s a bad habit from times I did a lot of binge eating
Mm okay, I do try drink more water as I know it’s just amazing for you
I assumed my appetite was so big because I’d gotten used to eating a lot and my stomachs larger
And at the same time foods that metabolise faster
I’ve gotta totally change my relationship with food
Rice, pasta, chicken, turkey! Beans! Lentils
Consider taking lions mane to improve ficus and alertness

I rarely countrol my diet as much now, though do eat low protein and cholesterol
On non active days
