Start there
Start wherever you are at and add a little beyond your comfort zone. Can you walk or run 5 minutes. Add another 5 and build from there. Small changes over a long period of time add up.

If you want to try weights find a class that does them. Ypu need to find what you'll like. I LOVE weights and dance classes but I can't abide cardio 😅😅

Height does play a role for sure but overall try to find a clear direction for your goal. Ask yourself questions: What is my ideal body? What are my short term and long term goals? What are some of the first steps in achieving the goals? How can I go about making a plan and then executing it? Are you looking to just get strong, lose weight or have a big booty for aesthetics? Do you just want to be healthy? Once you answer those make a plan, then adjust your workouts towards that plan.
Next you find a gym that fits your atmosphere. some people want a more quiet scene with not a lot of people so they have no pressure or anxiety while others like it packed

All I've eaten today is a few protein pancakes with peanut butter powder turned into peanut butter with water. 3 eggs and some bacon. I'm not eating some oatmeal with a bit of salt and some honey before my workout. After eating some rice a potato and a protein shake I made earlier. I haven't had any bad sugars in about 2 weeks so I hope this all compounds and starts to pay off. I eat enough animal proteins and get my vitamins. As well take ice baths when needed
It's soapy because of a doctor teals body wash meant to help relax and gives some nutrients to the skin.
