Hello everyone. What’s everyone’s plan for the day?
Did some service jobs then cleaned out the entire box truck and organized all the tools, nails etc so I can have more space
Been going to the gym pretty much every day for the past 2 weeks with a 3 day rest day for each muscle group and I feel weak af today
Feeling so powerful after the gym
What did everyone train today?
To day I did bicep curls… bringing the fork to my face over and over lol
my gym was closed today, so sad
