Not yet. I’ve got a home gym and can’t really PR unless I get a spotter. I don’t wanna fail at that heavy weight and have to roll or dump the plates.
I am tempted to try it lol just need to find time for it while I'm already working out 5 days a week. I also want to do yoga but there ain't enough days in a week

Try to go for a sesh of 5-10 minutes after your workout of you're able to it really does help after even if it's just a little
Then for sure go for yoga it also helps with flexibility and it's a good way to relax
