Also are you feeling your muscles getting denser? Think muscles takes more space then fat so u been working hard replacing "fat" with muscles and that might actually make u look thinner but weight heavier

Excedrin

I dunno how to feel this but my hamstrings hurt today

Probably went lower on squats than ever in my life but I really need the scale to move and it showed me that I gained the 3 lbs back I lost 2 weeks ago 😩

There was another plane crash today so I been preoccupied all night

Terrible! Seeing it was a kid on his way to a life saving operation, his parents, some nurses and pilots i believe

It was a kid and a family member after life threatening procedure was done and 2 doctors and 2 pilots

I’ve took excedrin, didn’t even take the edge off, So took 2 Tylenol and 4 Motrin and it still hasn’t really helped

I didn’t know if you had any magical nurse methods that might help😂

How many mg is your excedrin

Motrin and Tylenol doesn’t help me

You can lay in a dark room with a cold pack on your forehead

Massage your temples

I have no clue the mg on the excedrin, I’m think the bottle said extra strength I could be wrong though

I’ve been doing the massaging my temples and between my eyebrows where most of the tension is

I think it’s my glasses but I can’t get in until April due to work and they’re booked

Take them off and lay in the dark

I am just I can feel it aching across my forehead like I e been hit

my glasses broke back in November and so I’ve super glued the crap out of them since I’m not able to get in until April and I can’t function without my glasses they’re roughly 2-3 years old so I’m due for a new pair

So it’s probably a mixture of things

I got minus .8 and minus .5

I stop wearing specs lol

I just know I’m far sighted and nearsighted, with an astigmatism

I also have bad depth perception

Without glasses I see fuzzy colorful blobs 😂, aka if there are spelling errors pay no mind to them because I’m relying on spellcheck to correct my mistakes 😂

It means you got minus in one eye and plus in another eye

Now I get it why u need to wait so much for new glasses

Maybe ask ur optometrist about lasiek
