And here I am proud of myself for just showing up 😂
Others don't even get themselves to show up at the gym
Doing hip thrusts these days makes me wonder how the hell I used to love these
Can someone help with fitness advice
I have pain in knees after squats
What squats are we talking about?
Lower your weight and do more reps
If you still feel it - go for a check up
>>> Doing hip thrusts these days makes me wond...
Lmao I feel you after hitting a pr to them the next day was AWFUL
Also for the knee pain try not to go as low
My squats have gotten better but definitely nothing like some others I’ve seen lol
Don't worry you'll get there,my squats were awful before but after I learned how to have a good form they're pretty easy to do
And I always wear knee braces on leg day since my knees aren't the best either
My knees just can’t handle the weight too low
Then for sure don't go as low and be careful at the form that's everything
Wear knee straps and keep moderate weight on the bar. Drink creatine, amino acids, omega 3 supplements to help. Most importantly, keep tract of how deep you squat
Might help to strengthen your knees
Sled pushes + pulls helped with my knee pain
Also getting sleeves for your knees would be helpful
But I think u gotta get the problem at the root first
>>> Also getting sleeves for your knees would ...
That's what I use as well and just perfecting my form over time
My knee sleeves never did much lol
Please don’t recommend vitaminssupplements to people 😩
Creatine is safe for everyone, same with amino acids
Omega 3 is the best for joint pains
I promise it is not safe for everyone
You don’t know peoples history or lab work 🥺
Even though I take supplement I would not recommend it for people without knowing exactly what they do and what they need
Focus first on training hard, good sleep, good food intake .
Biotin is a vitamin and messed up my labs
Sooo it’s not all rainbows lol

Ive been slacking ughh
