Kind of a funny story that got me back into my fitness journey. The boys and I have a fantasy football weekend every August. Which comes with you know guy stuff want to drinking lot of smack talk, and my body says why not who's going to carry the logs, who's going to carry the boat? And I thought to myself what do you mean? And then all the sudden it started I was back baby. I'm the man, you're the man, we're all the man!
