Cause i can tell you thats a load of bull💩

Calluses is formed by your skin reacting to pressure, rubbing on a specific spot so it grows a extra layer of skin as protection.. calluses only show your hard work in the gym.. has 0 to do with grip and i would even say it can be an annoyance at some point

Wearing gloves can do 2 things.. make it less or make it worse.. it gives protection yes but sometimes it will fold and be even more uncomfortable which can lead to faster grow of calluses

As per ma experience it helps me to grip properly with heavy load

Id recommend straps or even those eights

Will give you more grip then regular gloves which allows you to put a extra amount of weight on especially pull exercises

If i may give my opinion.. i have regular straps.. my friend has eights and his straps feel way better

Jocker you get full body check up annually or every 6 month?

If you are using lifting straps in normal lifts that is problematic cause it can hinder the development of your grip strength
