They’re okay. Not as high protein gas ppl make them out to be. Like 12g if protein for two eggs isn’t enough unless you’re a child lol. BUT I love egg whites. Very high protein for very little calories and if you add two whole eggs to it then you get the yolk without worry of too much cholesterol

The difference makes a difference when you have to be in an extreme deficit and still get 200g protein a day
I try to only eat 1500 calories a day and get 200g of protein in that little bit of calories. It can be a challenge.
For now yes, until I hit my goals. I used to be vegetarian and then vegan. But it’s hard to meet protein and calorie goals from plant based protein. And most of it isn’t even a complete protein.
