Do you recommend cardio before or after lifting ?

Light cardio before is a great warm up for the muscles before heavy lifting. Never do intense cardio too close to strength training cuz it will minimize your gains.
At what age u knew u are adhd?
I think 8hrs between intense cardio and strength training is the recommended time to wait between

In the 90s I had teachers recommending me for diagnosis. But I recently only partially completed the evaluation for ADHD. I didn’t finish the evaluation and get officially diagnosed cuz I want my private pilot license one day. And ADHD disqualifies you due to outdated stereotypes
I just knew like 1 year ago, so yeah im still adapting honestly
It’s okay. I love my life outside of the system so it doesn’t really make me suffer as badly as I would if I had to try and function in regular society. Actually about to end my lease and live my life in the jungles and swamps backpacking for activism
It can be hard when you are trying to live in the confines and demands of society for sure. Even neurotypical people are getting burnt out

Dude cardio doesn’t stop your gains
I never said it stops gains. But you don’t make as much gains if you do intense cardio to close to strength training. If you do intense cardio and strength training close together it’s to build endurance, not strength. Cuz like I said light cardio in zone 2 or 3 is fine and has no effect on muscle building. Look it up for yourself tho

Avoid it if you can. Tho I hear from people who are trying to function in regular society that it really helps and makes a difference

In my experience I really did great when I was eating salmon everyday. There are studies that show getting proper Omegas actually improves ADHD symptoms and helps us regulate our focus.
How do u cook it? Just fry?

I mean if it’s smoked I don’t think you have to worry about getting sick from it. Smoking takes care of a lot of that and Rae actually has even more omegas and healthy fats that aren’t cooked out of it
