Well the biceps whole job is elbow flexion so there’s no getting away from it. I’d try to switch between 2-3 different curls to keep from hammering the elbow with one movement over and over

Like if you train them 3x a week - day 1 barbellEZ Bar, day 2 cables, day 3 dumbbells

And mix up your grip. You can go supinated for barbell and neutral (hammer curl) with dumbbell
