The Apology which recounts Socrates' defense of his philosophy followed by The Republic which explores justice, the ideal state, and philosophy more broadly. If you’re interested in Socrates’ specific views, Plato’s works are the primary source, but you could also look into Xenophon’s Memorabilia, which offers a slightly different perspective on Socrates' life and teachings.
