It's sort of the same where I live too. Many companies claim to advocate for mental health, but when someone wants to take time off due to declining mental health, they are not given that break. And neither is their workload adjusted. And eventually either their performance declines and they are made to leave or they leave on their own accord. It's just people failing each other at the end of the day.

And of course, the older generations dismiss mental health issues as some conspiracy theory where the large corporations invented mental health illness for more money. It's funny because they get depressed too and they admit it but when someone else says the same, they deny it all.

I don't know if I wanna continue to pretend that everything is fine in my life, every new day the option to sink than swim is becoming more possible. I'm dissociating from virtually everything, from family and friends to work and activities
