I suggest starting by admitting yourself into a mental health facility, that's the only thing that saved me

Not like they actually help you
They find a way to keep you there longer so they make more money

• Quiet moments with God feel way more fulfilling than constant scrolling.

We build will to survive over several years into adulthood only to lose it because of a silly incidentperson, whichwho isn't going to even matter in our future.
Advise: Focus on your future, not too hard though, and find a purpose in life. Will is built gradually one day at a time. And, time heals all wounds.
It’s either that or you’ll part ways with em. And you’ll be back to square one again, by yourself. So for your overall wellbeing, you just gotta wanna do it for yourself. It’s all about changing your mindset and living life. Not in the past but for the now and future
We cannot forget what changed us but we can learn to live with it.
It’s nice to think about the past from time to time. But don’t stay long there. Cuz life is about moving forward not back. Whatever happened in the past, is there and cannot be unchanged. We can only focus on what’s in front of us and going forward from there 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
