It's actually a non profit organization that works with people in the music industry itself, to spread more mental health awareness and understanding
I listen to pretty much anything as long as I think it sounds good lol
It is funny how different songs set your mood and what not.
Like gym music, making love music, trying not to rage and run a person off the road music because they cut you off.
Music is a great healer and promoter of bringing up things that need healing
Ugh I do not want to walk into work
Thankfully I’m not working tonight lol
I just worked 2 12hr nights
Then again I worked 6 the week before 🤣
Speaking of Music... some douche just parked next to me playing annoying music loud
I take quite a bit of overtime but that was only 2 overtimes between 6 and 4 rostered haha
Nah I move my shifts around to try to work 4-6 in a row and then get more days off
Better sleeping schedule that way haha
So I’m off for 3 atm then back on for 2 and then have 10 more off 🤣
Oh I struggle to sleep for day routine but I’m a night owl and prefer the night shifts. I also sleep 9hrs a day before going back in. I get no where near that when I work days or have days off
Yeah the travel is the struggle point some times
Ya waking up to get there on time
I hate the day shift starts at 5:30am
But nights at 5:30pm is easy to wake for lol
Well i need to head into work and deal with this crazy crap
