It's book 3 in a series and they're all about 1200 pages long.

That's gonna take forever to finish
Probably pick it back up after Christmas.
Eh, I can finish a book that size in about 2 weeks normally.
I just need a break from that whole universe.

Basically, it's a world where there's a constant massive hurricane circling the globe, like Jupiter's big red spot.
Sounds like reality and not fantasy
Do they have like summoning powers
Well, the heroes are trying to find a way to stop the second hurricane and rebuild society after a huge war.
And do they have different powers?
They do. Some of the characters can fly, or create illusions, or see briefly into the future.
I like fantasy stories like that too. Watched seriesmovies and read manga with that genre
And there are creatures that live in kind of a mirror world called Spren, that bond to the characters with powers. Dead Spren can be turned into swords and armor.

I haven't read a lot of manga.
