Yes, some could have changed and CrossFit changed a bit from where I used to run CrossFit conditioning as a wrestler, but still it's really freaking hard.

Muscle and form *WILL* break when you raving up your HR for 40 - 50 minutes.

As long as people working out HARD, eat well, not processed food and stay relaxed and active - I'm happy.
