I have done more than 10 now. I have tried to remain positive but I usually feel overwhelmed and tired. Procrastinated a lot, tried to stop the rot, tried building good habits but failed at them. I’m now numb. Once you become numb, you won’t give a shyt and then you can focus on what you need to do.

I find it funny when people tell me I should get into a positive addiction like the gym. Once you start you'll feel great and you love it. It'll be like crack and you won't be able to stop. Let me tell you, I've quit smoking, and quiting the gym won't be any problem whatsoever. I tried that gym crap and it hurt me more than anything
