I reached out to a couple of my friends irl which was so hard cos i just learnt its hard to ask help from other ppl... The 3rd one talked to me for an hour plus, gave me space to let myself out of my chestt

People who do that are envious of u and need to do that to feel above

U are human so those insecurities may show up later BUT BUT u know better now
