I know how my boss is because he does the same to me he’ll complain to me about everyone else but will never come to me directly with a problem he has with me lol

u can ask him directily still

he is a mess with that

He don’t do that he’ll just tell me he’s not arguing with me or whatever and walk away

ok so why isn tthat the truth

He does that to everyone it’s not fear necessarily so much as I just don’t think he really cares

Like stuff might bother him but if you try to explain or argue it he doesn’t care to hear anyone out

it dont make sense to tell everyone else things not who its about

yeah he wants it his way

but i was just saying about verifying if that is definitely what he said not argue about it

Or there’s other times where like he’ll tell me that he’s upset with someone and I need to go talk to them… like dude I don’t pay them they don’t give af about what I have to say

Because he’s more focused on the kitchen and why it’s not making him money than he is the actual bar

her suggesting leaving no offense is sketchy asf

So I only get paid for one job while I’m doing two he tells me he doesn’t want other people to burn out but he’s burning me out and doesn’t care

its physically grueling at least have a big check to show for it

It’s also just time for me to start looking at an actual career something I can actually live off of
