Thank you so much! And I don't really change them but just increase the weight,the exercises are mostly the same,squats,hip thrusts,abductor,RDLS,d*ad hangs with weights,leg press and some pilates as well
Usually every leg session but I don't do Bulgarians and lunges every time or I do Bulgarians in one sesh and lunges in other depending on how much time I have left and energy
