Hey if I didn't keep on tip of it I'd be the same... So don't sweat it .. it will come ... I found doing same thing at the same times in small steps helped me alot... But we are all beautifully different
I've found that doing the same thing every day not lots just little things .. small steps, or at least that how I need to do it otherwise I'd get nothing done 😂 but you will get it...
