Is travelling business class really worth it?

For adhd i mean. Because 8 hours trip alr makes me crazy and literally ordering like 10 dishes

I need to get 18 hours flight (direct). I hope i did survive

Since that i dont really trust myself with long trip duration

Idk why i ordered it. Everytime the flight attentant in front of me, I always buy the food. The food kinda becoming the waste since i am full but i need to eat because anxious

I struggle on public transport, I’m always anxious and physically uncomfortable

And I’ll get travel sick if I try reading or watching something

Ugh

I can cope with short train journeys as long as I get two seats for myself

But yrah reading won't help. I'm dyslexic

The seats are tiny. It’s loud and also looking out the window always makes me feel too close to other cars
