I only can manage some of my traits without meds.

Like the worse part

For me. I am good. Maybe because I also did therapy when I was kid.

I just don't like to consume it everyday.

If I skip my med, I can't focus and can't stay still.

Ritalin makes me a stupid zombie, Aderall I start tolerating and it stops working within 2 weeks.

I use natural stimulants, but it's less effective; lions mane, B vitamins, ginseng, garana, caffeine... Going to start trying micro dosing

I just had a 45 minute debate with ai about ancient Babylon 😂

If some small things are problems your adhd will be bad. Like sleep, light, Iron, magnesium, omega 3, omega 6, sugar control, low level allergies, gabba, vitamin Bs, sensitivities to some colorants, even some types of fruit. It can be a journey of finding all your issues 😅

Hi guys I need someone advice so I have ADHD and I make fast decisions my sister is getting married in two days so I got this dress a while ago and I can’t simply walk into a store and get a dress because I’m very short anyways long story short is that I don’t have time to buy a new dress and get it resized since her wedding is in two days so as I started looking at the dress that I got previously and had it made it starting to look weird I’m very unsure about the design

Weddings are a huge deal in my culture and idk wether I like the bow or not and if I should remove it or it’s good just something dosent seem right

Don’t play with the dress and don’t change the design If you feel that the bow is too big Try to offset it by putting your hair up or something
