For adhd i mean. Because 8 hours trip alr makes me crazy and literally ordering like 10 dishes

Since that i dont really trust myself with long trip duration
Idk why i ordered it. Everytime the flight attentant in front of me, I always buy the food. The food kinda becoming the waste since i am full but i need to eat because anxious

I struggle on public transport, I’m always anxious and physically uncomfortable
And I’ll get travel sick if I try reading or watching something
I can cope with short train journeys as long as I get two seats for myself
But yrah reading won't help. I'm dyslexic
