It took me the first couple times sitting in on IEP meetings and hearing the lack of interest and meeting rushing by the parents when the entire point of the meeting it to help accommodate THEIR CHILD, and it sounds like they couldn’t care any less about what happens with them at school. Some parents look at the schooling system as free child care and not a place that can lead to their child’s success.

Alright, 10 more school days to go for me until Winter Break. I’ve heard of some getting 2 weeks off, but our district just has on week off and then another week off in Feb for “mid winter” break.
