But I also look at things holistically

No food is good or bad

It's all about moderation, and having a healthy lifestyle

I too do that. I was topper in maths and bio both 😅

I don't believe in fad diets.I think people should eat what they like.. But you also have to be conscious of what you are eating.. And make Sensible decisions

Like, it's okay to splurge on things sometimes, if you eat healthy overall

Anyway, you deserve rose for your healthy diets 😅

No reason to deny yourself what you like, just because you want to be healthy. There are so many ways you can modify recipes to still enjoy them in a healthier way
