I write on a notepad if I don't have something to write in with a pen or like focus on my breathing
I've been writing for a long time
Sometimes you just need to keep your focused on your priorities and keep going

I need some ideas cause I'm struggling with certain things
My mother got upset with me because I met a guy off a dating app. I called her controlling and she went off. She doesn't realize how her planting her beliefs, her behavior and sheltering my sister and I is why we aren't living the lives we want and yet to this day she can't be supportive in any way unless it's good in her eyes and even then she's not as supportive as she thinks
That's exactly what happened with my ex and why she couldn't take the next step in our relationship 😔
Her mom made her have a low self-esteem because of consistent taunting and then planning schemes against her when taunting didn't work
But she loved me so much that we were in an on and off relationship for 4 years after the first time we broke up. And of course I stuck around because I loved her too.
I had to cut the cord finally because otherwise shed never learn how to pick herself up
Needless to say, We're not in touch
