you should make more effort to regulate your sleep, go to doctor, and do all the stupid self-help advices.
i personally take a lot of caffeine pills when i wake up, then i keep taking them during the day, and i usually take the last at 4pm, then i can fall asleep around midnight or when i get tired. so i'm happy with my sleep
but allegedly different people have different caffeine metabolism rate
well not now, i accidentally bought a big jar of instant coffee, and i don't want to throw it out, but it just messes with this system
but when i finish it, I will be happy with my sleep again
