I’m kinda confused

Ahhh I don’t know how I should talk to a depressed friend

Like talk to them without offense and with much emotional support

Not even me myself know what I want in friend talks

I’m turning numb ahhhhhhhhhhh

I personally am numb because of depression but when i talk to my depressed friends i just listen try to relate offer support and if possible i tell them how i deal with things to give them an idea on how they can deal with it.

But I mainly just talk i really felt like just talking with friends about random things helped me and sometimes them

What i usually do is to try and distact them. Takes a very long time of talking about random stuff. Doesn't always work . Many times they want to be heard. That's when I just shut up and listen with the intention of listening
