Today my parents quarreled
The vibe in my home freezed
Does it happen often (only talk about something if you are comfortable sharing it)
Not very often for the past five months
But very often at the beginning of 2024
I’m going to a psychiatrist next week😭 but I don’t think he cares much abt my binging habits
Well he should otherwise he isn't doing his job
Its very difficult when parents fight my heart breaks for you if there's anything else i can do for you do tell me
Back in the day I also went to a psychiatrist with me it took a while for me to realise that they where on my side and wanted the best even tho it didn't feel like that at first
