He tends to shut me out when we have conflict and doesn’t express how he feels. He just wants to cool down and sweep it under the rug if that makes sense. I try not to push him as much bc i feel like he’ll just shut me out more, but idk what to do now.

For more context. He’s been extra busy lately and tired. Today was the first time he woke up early so i was excited we could talk more, but he kept insisting i go back to sleep. And it just made me feel so hurt and unwanted. I expressed that and he apologized and the ss is the next thing that happened
