Criticism is good. Maybe thereâs an easier or better way to do certain things that youâre not aware of? Always nice to learn something new.
Itâs hard acting naturally when youâve got several people taking notes on your performance though
The problem is the nitpicking they do
I have been told by my principal that in a room full of 30 students, 2 were not paying attention and listening to the lesson. Instead of telling me, wow you got 28 children to listen to your every word, she focused on finding the one or two that will always be lost
Yeah, getting middle school kids to concentrate 100% of the time is pretty much impossible. Thatâs without bringing in things like ADHD etc
