We have visitors from another campus and I really don’t want my teaching style critiqued
Criticism is good. Maybe there’s an easier or better way to do certain things that you’re not aware of? Always nice to learn something new.
It’s hard acting naturally when you’ve got several people taking notes on your performance though
The problem is the nitpicking they do
I have been told by my principal that in a room full of 30 students, 2 were not paying attention and listening to the lesson. Instead of telling me, wow you got 28 children to listen to your every word, she focused on finding the one or two that will always be lost
Yeah, getting middle school kids to concentrate 100% of the time is pretty much impossible. That’s without bringing in things like ADHD etc
Haven’t had school here since Tuesday.
Heck, I thought you guys barely stopped for weather. It must be bad
We’re pretty useless, more than a dusting and the whole place falls to pieces 🤣
That’s the thing, we don’t have snow often enough to have the equipment on hand to deal with it
