If she is also like that, you can acknowledge it and realize that learn to not go to her for certain things or block her out too

Eh… some will say to move on and they are not wrong. However I do know both male and female friends who do this. As long as it’s not an obsession and just like 1x a month or something then it’s harmless
If you’re doing it constantly, block her so you have extra steps to take to even look. And that might be enough to make yourself not bother
Best advice I can most people dealing with anything ex related… block them. Doesn’t matter how nice they are, you need the space to heal.
