If you like action, check out Mappa studios (Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw Man, Hells Paradise, etc) If you want some popular series try Toradora (romcom), Attack on Titan (action), ReZero (psychologicalaction), or No Game No Life (isekai)
Kaguyasama Love Is War is a really fun romcom
Samurai Champloo is a classic
Black Lagoon is a great watch (watch the English dub)
One Punch Man is a fun action parody type series
Highschool DxD or Testament of Sister New Devil if you want tiddies 🤷♂️

Definitely watch Madoka Magica too, that's a staple for any anime fan really, even if you aren't a fan of the series, any anime fan is still likely to know about it.
