I probably have EDS so it's not the first time. This was a bad one though. Happened just as I got to my car so I could roll out of it. Ended up hitting my head on my car too 😅

If you have mayo, sour cream, and limes, there's a quick and easy sauce dip condiment you can make. 14 cup mayo, 3 tablespoons sour cream, and a tablespoon or two (or however much you want) of lime.
Add a dash of salt and cayenne pepper and it's amazing. Would go great with your chicken.
Cheese sauce is also awesome haha

That dip stuff recipe I mentioned definitely will do that. Are you just looking to increase calories in general, or do you have a certain macro nutrient goal you want to meet?
Right now, just trying to make sure I hit my minimum calories first
Then I'll worry about macros, but I do want to have a good amount of protein also
if you're having a hard time consuming enough calories, you could try making 'fat bomb' type of things where you have a high amount of calories packed into a small amount of food.
Most people in the west get enough protein, so you probably don't hav to work on a huge increase for that to be enough, especially if you're trying to gain lean mass.
Adding avocado oil to everything is a good idea!
I normally don't eat enough protein. I used to make these massive smoothies, which I might go back too, just to keep me on track
If it worked for you then maybe that's a good idea. No one way of eating works for everyone.
