i am overwhelmed by life as a whole. ya know that feeling when it’s like you are running on a treadmill and you get stuck 🏃🏻‍♀️🔃🔄🔁 in a cycle of struggle, tryna get ahead but you are always a step behind (or at least feel that way)

it’s feels like you don’t have time to actually exist and be present in the moment bc you are working so hard, but then no matter how long or hard you go, you still can’t catch up to that present moment.

Just focus one thing at a time 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 especially when you get that overwhelming feeling

I feel like my mom is blaming me on my brother's silent treatment.

It's not new to me and my other siblings but to my mom, it's first time.

She thinks I said something bad to him.

I need some advice
