Three times can be enough if you’re efficient with your workouts though
I usually have an explosive upperbody day, explosive Lower body day, a core and Olympic lift day, and then a strength day for upper and lower body, then a day where I focus on accessories like triceps shoulders and back
I do that because I’m a football player
But honestly you can workout All you want but it’ll take longer to see progress if you don’t eat right
What lift are you talking about? Like a pull up or a bench press?
