Three times can be enough if youâre efficient with your workouts though
I usually have an explosive upperbody day, explosive Lower body day, a core and Olympic lift day, and then a strength day for upper and lower body, then a day where I focus on accessories like triceps shoulders and back
I do that because Iâm a football player
But honestly you can workout All you want but itâll take longer to see progress if you donât eat right
