Itās sad to see that people donāt understand that some people canāt loose weight from just eating healthy and exercising I mean speaking from experience but itās not always cookie cutter answers, there are health conditions that cause people to gain weight so even with proper nutrition and exercise theyāre still āoverweightā

Di how do I relieve my migraine itās been a week!! Iām so tired of my dead just throbbing
Iāve took excedrin, didnāt even take the edge off, So took 2 Tylenol and 4 Motrin and it still hasnāt really helped
I didnāt know if you had any magical nurse methods that might helpš
I have no clue the mg on the excedrin, Iām think the bottle said extra strength I could be wrong though
Iāve been doing the massaging my temples and between my eyebrows where most of the tension is
I think itās my glasses but I canāt get in until Aprildue to work and theyāre booked
I am just I can feel it aching across my forehead like I e been hit
No at least not that Iām aware of lol š
my glasses broke back in November and so Iāve super glued the crap out of them since Iām not able to get in until April and I canāt function without my glasses theyāre roughly 2-3 years old so Iām due for a new pair
So itās probably a mixture of things
I just know Iām far sighted and nearsighted, with an astigmatism
I also have bad depth perception
Without glasses I see fuzzy colorful blobs š, aka if there are spelling errors pay no mind to them because Iām relying on spellcheck to correct my mistakes š
