I hate the cold, idc if it makes me sound old lol but the cold makes my body hurt more😅 I like the summer time when it’s nice and hot out
It’s sad to see that people don’t understand that some people can’t loose weight from just eating healthy and exercising I mean speaking from experience but it’s not always cookie cutter answers, there are health conditions that cause people to gain weight so even with proper nutrition and exercise they’re still “overweight”

I’ve took excedrin, didn’t even take the edge off, So took 2 Tylenol and 4 Motrin and it still hasn’t really helped
I didn’t know if you had any magical nurse methods that might help😂
I have no clue the mg on the excedrin, I’m think the bottle said extra strength I could be wrong though
I’ve been doing the massaging my temples and between my eyebrows where most of the tension is
I think it’s my glasses but I can’t get in until Aprildue to work and they’re booked
I am just I can feel it aching across my forehead like I e been hit
No at least not that I’m aware of lol 😂
my glasses broke back in November and so I’ve super glued the crap out of them since I’m not able to get in until April and I can’t function without my glasses they’re roughly 2-3 years old so I’m due for a new pair
So it’s probably a mixture of things
I just know I’m far sighted and nearsighted, with an astigmatism
I also have bad depth perception
Without glasses I see fuzzy colorful blobs 😂, aka if there are spelling errors pay no mind to them because I’m relying on spellcheck to correct my mistakes 😂
