I do talk to him in person but I don’t see him every day to talk to him in person like that….ummm he’d have to open my messages to know where we’re going like I said he leaves me on delivered and will answer 2-3 business days

I hate leg day, it flares up my knees and hip joints too much I ache for days, which tbh don’t take much to flair my hips I lay in bed and they will start hurting

Oh that’s nice, my hips like to pop in and out of joint and cause me a lot of pain to the point I’ll fall because they’ll randomly give out on me mid step

My ankles and knees do it too

Because leg day causes too much pain 😂

It shouldn’t matter my weight, it’s not normal to be chronically in pain from the time you were a child. I always assumed it was normal now I’m in my mid 20s and can barely walk some days because I’m in so much pain
