When I try to sleep for 6 to 8 hours I wake up in 90 minutes and can't fall asleep again for hours. But of I try to take a 20 min nap I can sleep for 12+ hours

Someone posted on social media, men should be born inside prisons and have to prove themselves to be let free. The best response I read that women should be born in mental institutions and have to prove they're not crazy to be let out.
