Ah interesting, well I’ll say for a while I’ve been skeptical of the idea of lucid dreaming. But I recently had a very strange experience that has challenged my old beliefs for sure

Well basically I just had what I can only describe as a “semi lucid” dream apparently the other night. Idk why it happened but it was quite the experience. Very hard to describe

I do feel like lucid dreams must somehow be this weird acid trip of a mental state like sleep paralysis where you’re kinda aware that the information you’re processing isn’t actually the real world and that you’re in this weird limbo😵💫 was definitely extremely uncomfortable for me
Yeah it was a trip, but I can say I’m more open minded to the idea of lucid dreaming than I used to
Anyway I was saying I've had sleep paralysis before to many a time that when I get another one i'm like oh well this again. But I'm a pro, I can get out of it in seconds

Anways my dreams evolve so I won't be able to recognize I am dreaming right away lol. But there are always tell tale signs, I just go with it though when I like it, if it gets scary I imagine something disgusting to get me out of it
