Try h.i.i.t exercises .. (high intensity interval training) , lower the weights and go for high rep count

U can try jumpropes and put the most weight on the good knee..

Mate 5 to 8 is for mass

Id go for 12 to 15 ..4sets .. maybe 4th to failure

You have to sweat my friend, 5-8 wont really make u sweat that much.. doing 12-15 keeping tention on the muscles at all times during the exercise
