Hi, so I’ve just signed up to this app, I’m 42 and considered myself fairly healthy, but lately my memory is getting shocking and I struggle to remember things such as what I ate last night and what I did at the weekend, does anyone else get this?

Yeah, that’s what I’m worried about, my grandma had it and I’m worried that I’m going the same way, I mean it shouldn’t be this difficult to remember what I ate last night, I have to ‘really’ put through into it most times
You can try to keep a simple journal for your own purposes. Just to write down what you have done or remind yourself what needs to be done as well 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 just be kinder with yourself when there’s a delay
It also helps when you exercise the brain with those brain games. It slows down the process 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
I guess I could do that. Maybe I should get one of those brain trainer game things
It’s weird, I’m absolutely on it at work, but outside of work it gets to a bit of a void
There are book forms 😁😁😁 keep one or two handy
