I’ve been stressed for a couple months and am depressed. I just feel like I have a lot of fears that limit me. I’ve been in therapy and it brings awareness to my issues but haven’t really gotten past them

On the outside things don’t seem bad but in my head it’s very stressful

I have a hard time socializing with people in real life. I’ve had negative experiences in the past and keep thinking about those

I really love my friends but I’m afraid to reach out to them because we haven’t hung out in so long. I kinda feel abandoned at times

Releasing the trauma and processing it is a long process

When u are ready , u will be able to socialize , it is ok to have a tjme alone to enter your peace

thats good cause even when u arent socializing , u need a support system

its harder to give back to friends when u are struggling all together also , what can u give them back , self care is important , i hope your healing progresses soon and u have this group also to talk about anything
