Hi, so I’ve just signed up to this app, I’m 42 and considered myself fairly healthy, but lately my memory is getting shocking and I struggle to remember things such as what I ate last night and what I did at the weekend, does anyone else get this?

Not from last night forgetti g things, does this happen often and have u ever suffered any traumas in the past ?! I would get checked out , to see if its not serious , cause if it is their is meds to slow it down and simple daily walking helps the mind better

Also any recent stress lately ?!

Their is also brain focus vitamins that can help

I recently bought a pocket diary and started by writing a short summary of my day and found that helps remember my days better

Thanks both, I’ll get a little diary and start putting things in, even if it is just to test my memory! I’ll look into one of the memory games too. I have had some relationship stuff, but really need to get to a proper counsellor for that, which I’ve contacted this morning to try and get that moving

I Have put 100% into this relationship. I have always communicated. I have always told him how I felt but it’s like he doesn’t put his energy there. He barely text me he takes hours and hours to respond and he doesn’t do anything. I know his schedule he never wants to call me. We haven’t called in like four months only been texting.

And I have been no pushing it aside and letting it bother me I have told him about a communicate how I felt he said he’s always busy or he doesn’t really like talking and he zones out but it’s like we’re almost about to be a year I’m not Finna do this texting thing anymore. We need to start going out doing a couple stuff having fun.

So it’s been six hours since he’s texting me he doesn’t have work today

So should I just give him the silent treatment until you ask what’s wrong or because I’m not the right type of person to give him attitude

It sounds like hewss not as invested as you are.

When you love someone you want to talk to them and spend time with them. Call them even if just to hear their voice and check in on them for 5 mins.
