There was I tuber that was saying that you have to take so many supplements as a vegan. And there some things that can only come from meat. I call BS! They give the supplement to the animals, that’s how you get them from eating meat. Why not just take the supplement yourself?!? 🤷‍♂️

Yes, vitamin B-12 comes from soil. Herbivores get it from soil, if they eat grasses or the like where they might ingest some of that soil. But most livestock are fed processed grain feed, not grasses. That’s why they have to give all the animals supplements and antibiotics.

BTW I don't like its taste but it's cool there are so many vegan options... people say that vegans shouldn't copy these flavours blabla, but they forget that most of the vegans became plant based for ethical reasons, not because they didn't like the taste of meat or fish
