I eat like a race horse health or like what I shown and I struggle to put weight on I have found some shakes with a 1000 cal they help now

All about those calories didn’t fill me up but hey ho it’s work food

I mean I’m not slim slim weigh about 210 pounds

I am Gaining just a little slow but I suppose that’s body building have put around two stone on in 2 year

Finally benched over 100kg for the first time

Thank you been a long journey doesn’t help I suffer with a bad rotary cuff from my army days

It’s not much but it’s progress for sure I remember when the bar was heavy lol 😂
